Information we collect
When you use our general contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit. When an artist or band uses our booking form, we also collect the act and contact details, links, dates, genre, and other information they choose to provide. Our website host and service providers may automatically receive technical information such as an IP address, browser type, referring page, and request date and time.
How we use it
We use submitted information to answer questions, review booking requests, communicate about possible events, prevent abuse, operate the website, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information or use form submissions for targeted advertising.
Services that help run this site
We use service providers to operate parts of the website. Form submissions are processed by Formspree. Cloudflare Turnstile helps detect automated abuse. Our location map is provided by Google Maps and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. The social feed is displayed through Curator.io using content from Instagram. These providers may receive technical information when their features load or when you use them.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and communicate with you, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect the site, our business, or others. We keep submissions only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including normal business and legal recordkeeping.
Your choices

Browser privacy signals
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The site does not currently respond differently to “Do Not Track” signals. Third-party features may collect information as described in their own privacy policies, and you can block or limit them through your browser settings.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy when the website or our practices change. The effective date above will show when the policy was last revised.
